Privacy policy for TN Fishing (fishing.calvinllc.net), operated by Calvin LLC.
What we collect. Public browsing of scores, maps, and learn articles does not require an account. If you create an account we store your username, password hash, optional recovery codes, and preferences. Catch logs you submit (notes, photos, gear) stay tied to your account. Email alert subscriptions store the address you provide and the spot/score thresholds you choose. Server logs may record IP address, user agent, and requested path for abuse prevention and reliability.
How we use data. We use account and catch data to run the product you asked for: showing your journal, sending alerts you configured, and remembering preferences. Aggregated, de-identified catch density may appear on the public map. We do not sell personal data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the dashboard.
Cookies. A session cookie is set when you sign in. A CSRF cookie protects form posts. Optional home-ZIP cookies remember distance filters you chose. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.
Third parties. Condition inputs come from public agencies (USGS, NOAA, TVA, USACE, TWRA, TDEC) and similar sources. Email delivery uses the SMTP host configured by the operator. Cloudflare sits in front of the site for TLS and caching.
Retention and rights. You may download or delete catch entries from your account tools where available, or email [email protected] to request account deletion. Security reports should use the contact page. This policy may update as the product changes; the /privacy URL always carries the current text.
